Kathy DeGraw has been a preacher of the gospel and a deliverance minister for years. But one thing that puzzled her during this time was why many believers weren’t familiar with the Holy Spirit.
Many of these people, she says, didn’t know how to co-labor with the Spirit to accomplish all that God had for them. It was disheartening for her to see many Christians struggle with something that could revolutionize their relationship with the Lord.
Her book, Prophetic Spiritual Warfare (Charisma House 2021), reveals how the Holy Spirit is our Helper and when we partner with Him, we can tap into His tremendous power.
“Maybe some people were operating in some of the gifts, but they really didn’t know how to hear from the Holy Spirit,” DeGraw told Dr. Steve Greene on a recent episode of Greenelines on the Charisma Podcast Network. “So, I desired to show people how easy it is to hear from Him, but also how He can partner with you in the prophetic and in spiritual warfare.
“Before, I really ran from my prophetic calling and it was really when I started trusting the Holy Spirit that I had my spiritual eyes opened. I could start delivering people in five minutes, which used to take eight hours, because the Holy Spirit would just show me prophetically into their pasts and into their hearts.
“So, I asked, ‘How can I activate people?’ So many people said to me, ‘There’s not enough ministries like this around me.’ That’s why it had to go in book form. And I don’t call it a book — it’s an activation manual because we have prophetic exercises and activation. We stop reading in the middle of the chapter and say, ‘Do it now.'”
Through DeGraw’s teaching in the book, her e-courses and on her CPN podcast, Prophetic Spiritual Warfare, believers can learn how to effectively bind and rebuke the enemy, live victoriously as spiritual warfare attacks over their lives cease, close demonic portals as they learn how to shut down demonic access, break the bonds of fear and anxiety as they because powerful spiritual warriors and rely on the Holy Spirit to assist them in annihilating spiritual darkness.
“So often we want to talk about angels, and it’s great to talk about them and see them,” DeGraw says. “But we also have an unseen demonic realm, like Jesus Himself faced and conquered for us, and we can be victorious over it.
