On November 29, 2021 at 2:10 in the morning, I awakened from a highly disturbing dream of infiltration of the US military by Communist Red China.
In the dream, I was ministering to US Navy and the US Marine Corp personnel as an Army chaplain. In real life, I did this at various military installations. Also, after retirement I assisted the Command Chaplain of MCAS Miramar, Commander Don Biadog, at the main chapel there, with approval from the commanding officer.
In the dream, I had just recommended a Navy officer for promotion. Then I listened to a second Navy officer share some of his experiences in the Navy before and after he too was promoted. I listened intently. Then I met with Chaplain Don Biadog (now retired). In this dream, he had not yet retired. He was in his Navy white uniform and was about to leave for an appointment to meet with a Navy officer who had given him certification to publicly speak about China to the United States.
I had previously engaged in public speaking in which I had warned America about the threat China posed to the United States. So I asked Chaplain Biadog if I may accompany him at this meeting. He asked me, "Have you been certified to speak about China?" I had not heard of such certification but informed him of my past experiences publicly speaking about China and then asked, "Can you get me certified?"
He permitted me to accompany him. I rode with him in his car; he drove me to a USMC installation. Then we walked into a building and we met with the officer with whom he had the appointment. It happened to be the same officer to whom I had listened earlier. He in turn introduced a third officer to us. This third officer said that Chaplain Biadog, and others, and I were to be apprehended for speaking out against China. I realized that this was a set-up and that the United States military had been infiltrated by officials from China.
I slowly stepped away from them to leave but the fourth officer ordered me to stop. So I ran down the hallway and around a corner as fast as I could, looking for a way to escape. He sent men running after me. I ran into an office, hoping to find a hiding place. There was none. So I ran out the other door across the office into another hallway. I yelled for help. Then I saw an exit door to my left and ran toward the exit to leave the building. As I exited the building, I yelled, "Help!" Simultaneously, I woke up in my house, yelling, "Help! Help!" out loud.
I got up and searched for any information on China's infiltration of the United States military. I found much documentation. In "Survey of Chinese Espionage in the United States Since 2000," published by the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), since 2000, 160 instances of Chinese espionage directed at the United States were publicly reported. The article states, "It does not include espionage against other countries, against U.S. firms or persons located in China, nor more than 50 additional cases involving attempts to smuggle munitions or controlled technologies from the U.S. to China. We also did not include the more than 1200 cases of intellectual property theft litigation brought by U.S. companies against Chinese entities in either the U.S. or Chinese legal systems."
According to CSIS, in the 160 instances alone:
42% of actors were Chinese military or government employees.
32% were private Chinese citizens.
26% were non-Chinese actors (usually US persons recruited by Chinese officials)
34% of incidents sought to acquire military technology.
51% of incidents sought to acquire commercial technologies.
16% of incidents sought to acquire information on US civilian agencies or politicians.
41% of incidents involved cyber espionage, usually by state-affiliated actors.
And according to CSIS, the list is derived from "open-source material and likely does not reflect the full number of incidents. Of the 160 incidents we found that 24% occurred between 2000-2009 and 76% occurred between 2010-2021." Following are samples of the infiltration:
January 2020: A Harvard University professor, Dr. Charles Lieber, and two Chinese nationals, Yanqing Ye and Zaosong Zheng, were indicted for attempted theft of biological research. Dr. Lieber was a participant in the Thousand Talents Plan while actively accepting the National Institutes of Health and Department of Defense funding. Ye, a lieutenant of the PLA, compiled information on US military projects for the CCP. Zheng committed the theft of 21 biological research vials to promote Chinese projects.
May 2015: Xiwen Huang, a Chinese businessman, stole confidential and trade secret information—including intellectual property—from an unnamed government research facility related to military vehicle fuel cells for the benefit of China.
June 2013: PLA hackers infiltrated the computer networks of the US Transportation Command and stole sensitive military information.
March 2013: Beginning in 2012, Chinese hackers targeted civilian and military maritime operations within the South China Sea, in addition to US companies involved in maritime satellite systems, aerospace companies and defense contractors.
October 2011: Chinese hackers infiltrated at least 48 chemical and defense companies and stole trade secret information and sensitive military information.
December 2006: Xiaodong Sheldon Meng, a resident of Beijing and Cupertino California, stole military IP and trade secrets from his former employer, the Silicon Valley firm Quantum3D.
February 2008: The Department of Justice charged Dongfan Chung, a former Boeing engineer, with economic espionage and serving as a foreign agent for China. Prosecutors determined that he had been acting on Chinese orders since at least 1979. He stole Boeing trade secrets relating to the Space Shuttle, the C-17 military transport aircraft and the Delta IV rocket for China.
John the Revelator saw in his vision, "The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great Euphrates River, and its water was dried up, to prepare the way for the kings from the East. Then I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are spirits of demons, performing signs, who go out to the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty" (Rev. 16:12-14, MEV).
Could this passage be God's set-up for the annihilation of the Communist Dragon in the east? As Christians, we must pray. Then we must back up our faith with works, consisting of getting in the political process to any degree to save America from the infiltrators.

Assignments included serving as the Command Chaplain for Cluster III of Operation Noble Eagle II under Homeland Security, headquartered at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico; the Command Chaplain for the largest Mobilization and Demobilization mission in the United States; and the first full-time chaplain for the Leader's Training Course under the US Army Cadet Command.
