Prophet Chuck Pierce says it's no secret that the spiritual war between the heavens and the earth is ramping up. Prophetic voices around the globe are prophesying of the intense, volatile warfare that will accelerate as we move into a new era.
But, Pierce says, it's up to us as the church to intensify our efforts to recognize what God is doing moving forward and to carry out his heavenly plan as a well-equipped body.
With the installation of a new president in America, the continued devastation of COVID-19 and a culture that is continuing to push God out of the picture, Pierce says children of God must find and establish their position in God's movement to receive the lookout watchman anointing He desires for us.
Isaiah 21:8 reads, "Then the watchman called: 'Oh Lord, I stand continually on the watchtower in the daytime and I am stationed at my guard post every night.'"
"We are entering into a totally different dynamic, but we have to see around the corner before we go around the corner," Pierce says on Mike and Cindy Jacobs' Prophetic Dateline on Facebook Thursday. "... We've been seeing so many changes since last year. We are in a changing atmosphere, and with that, it produces a new prophetic anointing in all of us. We must understand that in this era there is so much movement going on. We have to find our footing in God's movement.
"The breath of God is creating an incredible acceleration in the move of God," Pierce says. "The breath of God is causing nations to come to the valley of decision. The valley of decision will create vision, where vision is linked with provision, and provision is linked with how we move forward. ...
"His breath has intensified and is fiery, and we've got to be fiery, starting this year. We've got to be fiery because God's breath is changing the pillars of our operation. As Hebrews 4:12 says, 'The Word of God is quick and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.' He is refiring the Word that is in our bones. Certain things will come alive, and we have to develop a strategy to complete these things."
Pierce says many believers have endured hardship and heartache over the past year, but those believers must use that adversity to gain strength for a new testimony to impart to unbelievers in the future.
Cindy Jacobs adds that the church cannot get caught up in our previous season (under former President Donald Trump) and that believers must become like Esthers and Mordecais to overcome the enemy.
"The church is certainly under a great deal of persecution right now," Jacobs says. "The enemy is doing so many things to silence the church. God sees that the Hamons are in favor and ascending right now. We've got to muster great courage to be an Esther or a Mordecai and go into the future with great expectations."
