The Enemy Loves to Attack This Weak Spot in Your Life

Matt Sorger says the enemy loves to attack your identity because he knows that if he’s successful, he can derail the plan God has for your life.

“Your identity doesn’t have to be defined by the words of other people or your past mistakes, or even by your circumstances of life,” Sorger says on his Glory Living podcast. “God’s truth will set you free and completely redefine who you are, not based on your past, but based on the future that God has for you so you can overcome every trauma, every pain and every abuse and be completely transformed in the rest of God.”

The devil will tell you that you can never change, that you’re hopeless and that the situation you’re facing is impossible.

But God says all things are possible for those who believe. Sorger says this is crucial to believe if we want to see God break through.

“The Lord is wanting in this hour to multiply greatly the body of Christ—greatly multiply His kingdom in us and through us,” he says.
