Throughout the world, people are afraid of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). But instead of living in fear and panic, prophetic pastors LaJun and Valora Cole encourage believers to stand firm on God’s promises in Scripture.
Multiple times throughout the Word of God, the Lord offers prophetic promises for safety and health in times of crisis, the Coles say in their Prophetic Moments podcast on the Charisma Podcast Network.
There’s one particular Scripture that LaJun believes is for Christians right now.
“God will protect us no matter what,” LaJun says.
He points to Isaiah 54:17, which says, “No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment, you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their vindication is from Me, says the Lord.”
LaJun unpacks the verse and says: “We’re going to show you, throughout the synthesis of Scripture, from Genesis to Revelation, every time God sends someone, every person who believes in God and trusts in God, God made sure that there was never a time when a weapon formed against them was able to prosper.”
