Prophet Issues Urgent Call to Prayer Over North Korea's 'Hidden Agenda'

Kim Jong-Un made promising remarks about denuclearization when he met with President Donald Trump last year, but now it seems the North Korean dictator is backpedaling. Kim recently accused the Trump administration of breaking the "spirit" of prior negotiations and hinted that North Korea may resume nuclear testing.

This comes as no surprise to prophet and pastor John Veal, who says North Korea may have a hidden agenda. Veal recently spoke with Charisma News about what he senses prophetically regarding the United States' relationship with North Korea.

"I believe some deals have been made in the background that we don't know about, but I do not see [North Korea] immediately disarming themselves," Veal says. "I believe they're saying the right things, but I think they have a different agenda."

And even though Christians should strive for peace between nations, he explains, the best thing Spirit-filled believers can do right now is watch and intercede.

"We have to be really watchful and really careful in terms of our relationship with the dictator," he says. "So while we're praying for peace, we're praying for harmony, the enemy is still involved on that side of the fence. He's still involved in terms of some type of deception, some type of plan to engage the U.S. in something we probably shouldn't be engaged in."

Listen to the podcast to hear Veal explain how Christians can prophetically discern our times and intercede in the Spirit.
