Saba Ahmed says she doesn't see the world's 1.2 billion Muslims represented in the media. 

Instead, she says, it's all negative, and Americans focus on talks of war rather than addressing the real issues. 

"How can we fight an ideological war with weapons? How can we ever end this war? The jihadist ideology that you talk about is an ideology. How can you ever win this thing if you don't address it ideologically?" Ahmed asks.  

Commentator and journalist Brigitte Gabriel knows better, though.
