Mike Huckabee may or may not be running for president again, but he’s sort of taking the current commander in chief to task for letting his daughters listen to the controversial pop star Beyoncé.

In a People interview touting his new book, God, Guns, Grits and Gravy, the Baptist pastor and former Arkansas Governor said he appreciates plenty about the way the Obamas are raising 16-year-old Malia and 13-year-old Sasha, but he can’t figure out why they would let the girls listen to Beyoncé’s lyrics.

“That’s the whole point. I don’t understand how on one hand they can be such doting parents and so careful about the intake of everything—how much broccoli they eat and where they go to school and making sure they’re kind of sheltered and shielded from so many things—and yet they don’t see anything that might not be suitable for either a preteen or a teen in some of the lyrical content and choreography of Beyoncé, who has sort of a regular key to the door” of the White House, Huckabee told People.

Beyond the lyrics and sexually charged choreography, the singer has dissed Christ in an Instagram ‘Last Supper’ photo. And we all remember her Super Bowl performance in 2013. Beyoncé is not a role model for today’s youth.

The Obamas have not responded to Huckabee. But what say you?
