Pastor Gives Word of Caution to Anti-Lockdown Protesters and US Government

Tensions continue to mount as anti-lockdown protests spring up across the country in response to many states’ stay-at-home orders.

In light of the increasing unrest, California Pastor Shane Idleman offers a word of caution to protesters and governmental leaders.

“I think so many people are jumping the gun,” he says. “We’re reacting and we’re not showing a lot of grace and love with each other. But I know it’s challenging. Nurses are going to look at this different who are on the frontlines. And when people minimize what’s happening, it really can upset people. But then on the other hand, we have to realize: Are numbers being skewed? Are we getting the truth?”
