The shows will be performed mainly in primary schools and churches all around the country. Over 1,000 people—children, students and teachers—will hear the clear gospel message presented in the two shows.

God can speak through a donky if he wants to... and he is through an Operation Mobilization (OM) outreach.

OM Ireland’s Creative Arts team is performing two different Christmas shows 75 times over the course of 22 days. Every year, director of Creative Arts, Junior DeLarina, writes and produces an original, multi-media puppet show.

Due to the increasing demand for the show, Junior envisioned having two teams performing two different shows. Last year, The Donkey’s Back!, and this year’s new show, The Cameron Show, are designed to preach the gospel to children in a fun and entertaining way.

“The main aim of the show is to help kids remember what Christmas is all about,” said Junior. “We relate the many traditions of Christmas back to God.”

The Cameron Show is themed around a Late Night Show’s Christmas episode. Host Cameron the Camel interviews other characters about the true meaning of Christmas.

The Donkey’s Back! features Bray the donkey, who wants to be a part of a nearby primary school’s Christmas play. He can’t find a part to play until he learns the true meaning of Christmas.

The shows will be performed mainly in primary schools and churches all around the country. Over 1,000 people—children, students and teachers—will hear the clear gospel message presented in the two shows.

Another special aspect of The Cameron Show is that for the first time, local Irishmen are helping with the show. Actor Daniel and stagehand Daryl are from Athlone, Co. Westmeath. The two teams consist of nine people from Ireland, Brazil, USA, Canada and Switzerland.

Norma Summers, principal of Trentagh National School in Co. Donegal saw The Donkey’s Back! last year. She said, “The team comes with their usual enthusiasm and energy, presenting the message of God’s love in a child-friendly, fun and relational way. We look forward to visits from the Big Red Bus team. We are never disappointed!”
