There was a time when progressive politicians sought to downplay their support of abortion access. But in 2019, it’s no longer a hush-hush position; it’s the stuff out of which candidacies are built. Let us not forget Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., promised only days ago to wear a Planned Parenthood scarf during her inauguration should she be elected president.
So it should come as no surprise organizations like the pro-abortion group Texas Equal Access Fund are celebrating the legality of pregnancy termination with prayer candles bearing the three-word message, “Abortions are magical.”
