Nine hundred twenty-five people accepted Christ at the RUSH ministries conference featuring Sadie Robertson, Lecrae, Kristian Stanfill, Tony Nolan and Building 429.

The May 5 event in Georgia was hot and humid, but that didn’t stop people from praising.

“The pollen and heat in Georgia is whoopin’ my head! But Sadie is handling it like a pro,” Lecrae posted on his Facebook page.

And Robertson apparently busted some moves, which some said was the highlight of the evening.

RUSH coordinator Marc Pritchett was impressed, even before the kickoff.

“I was beyond blown away tonight as I watched countless volunteers work so hard to prepare for RUSH2015,” Marc Prichett posted on his Facebook page. “People from all walks of life, young and old giving of their time … for what? Why would anyone take off work, spend time away from family, and lose precious sleep? It’s all about that ONE moment. That ONE moment when the Gospel is preached and the Word goes forth and ONE sinner repents. In Luke 15:10, the Bible speaking of the lost coin, the lost sheep, and the lost son says, ‘Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over ONE sinner that repenteth. Did you get that???? Not the angels rejoicing, but ‘…in the presence of the angels…’! So who’s rejoicing? My Dad will be. Your lost loved ONE who is in heaven will be…over ONE sinner coming home! ONE DAY it will all make sense, but then our chances to reach the lost will be over! Redeem the time today, this ONE DAY will matter for all eternity.”

Robertson had a blast at the event, saying she loved being part of the crowd coming together to worship.

RUSH, which stands for Reaching Unchurched Students for Him, was started more than a decade ago and has grown into a Southeastern movement focused on engaging students in worship.
