Are These Prominent Doctors All Conspiracy Theorists?

Hillary Clinton

Based on the original sources of the Hillary Clinton health controversy, it wasn’t difficult for her presidential campaign to paint it as just another “vast, right-wing conspiracy,” as she has done for nearly 30 years.

But this time, people with credibility are stepping forward and agreeing with the original analysis: that the Democratic former secretary of state has serious—and so far, undocumented—health issues that would likely disqualify her as a potential commander-in-chief to most voters.

The original reporting of Clinton’s health issues was actually done in October of last year by National Enquirer, which quoted author Edward Klein as saying Clinton had only six months to live because she suffered from brain cancer. The report also quoted other, unnamed sources, who said Clinton had early-stage multiple sclerosis and was an alcoholic.

As outrageous as those claims appear, even now, the Enquirer went to Dr. Stuart Fischer, a board-certified internist who is best known for “The Park Avenue Diet.” He’s a graduate of Yale and spent several years as an emergency room physician at Cabrini Medical Center in Manhattan.

According to the report:

Top New York doc Stuart Fischer reviewed the medical evidence in this report and concluded: “She’s at death’s door!”

Dr. Fischer, who has not treated Hillary, said: “Her fainting, blackouts, headaches and collapses are consistent with serious vascular blood flow problems in her brain.”

Fast-forward 10 months, and Clinton is not yet deceased, but InfoWars editor-at-large Paul Joseph Watson picked up on “odd behaviors” she was exhibiting on the campaign trail and started asking medical professionals for their opinion. As more and more alternative media outlet began to pick up on the reports, the Clinton campaign and the mainstream media immediately went into defensive mode, once again rolling out the “C” word.

In the meantime, his video report documenting her apparent symptoms and medical professionals’ assessments has now had nearly 3.8 million views. And a growing number of doctors are lending credence to that report:

  • Dr. Drew Pinksy, a board-certified internist and addiction recovery specialist, who has provided medical advice on television for years, said he had “grave concerns” not only about Clinton’s health, but also the quality of health care she was reportedly receiving.
  • Dr. Fiona Gupta, a neurologist who specializes in movement disorders and is director of the Deep Brain Stimulation program at the Movement Disorders Center at Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey. She told FOX News Channel that with her “long history of unexplained falls,” Clinton needs to be “transparent” about her neurological history.
  • Dr. Mac Siegel, a board-certified internist and professor of medicine at the New York University Langone Medical Center, also told FOX News Channel that he has been asking to see Clinton’s medical records since 2012.
  • Dr. Ben Carson, a former Republican presidential candidate who is one of the world’s top neurosurgeons, said her age alone was reason for regular assessment of her neurological health. But given she’s running for president, an “extraordinarily grueling” job in which one needs to “have everything going for you,” it was even more vital for the public to get a fair assessment of her overall health.
  • Dr. Milton Wolf, a board-certified diagnostic radiologist, told Watson two weeks ago that he was very concerned about Clinton’s continued use of a prescription drug Coumadin, which he said causes regular falls and can lead to bleeding in and around the brain with prolonged use. He said her doctors know you do not give that medication to a “normal, healthy patient,” and that her prolonged use likely means “her risk of morbidity/mortality from blood clots without Coumadin must be substantial.”
  • Dr. Bob Lahita, a professor of medicine at Rutgers University, an adjunct Professor at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and chairman of medicine and vice president of the Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, said “the very fact that she’s having these clots and she’s had two bouts of thrombosis is disconcerting, to say the least.”
  • Dr. David Scheiner, who was President Barack Obama’s personal physician from 1987 to 2008, told CNN that Clinton needs to undergo a neurological examination to prove she is fit to serve as president. He said Coumadin is a “difficult drug to use,” and said that based on what we now know about professional athletes who suffer concussions, Clinton’s cognitive ability needs to be closely monitored, as well.
  • Dr. Jane Orient, executive director of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, told WorldNetDaily it would be reckless for a physician to see the evidence of Clinton’s health and not have concerns. She said the images and video that have been reported require an explanation to voters.
  • Dr. Lee Hieb, a past president of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, noted that the mainstream media made a “huge deal” about U.S. Sen. John McCain’s melanoma during his 2008 presidential bid, adding “melanoma doesn’t give you dementia.” She told WND she also believes the evidence of health concerns need to be addressed by Clinton and her campaign because her 2012 concussion can cause long-term side effects, seizures, personality changes and cognitive deficits.
  • Dr. Gerard Gianoli, a neuro-otology expert and clinical associate professor at Tulane University, told Newsmax the public needs a full report from Clinton’s neurologist. He said if Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump had a similar history of falls and injuries, the press would already be demanding more information.

The concerns over Clinton’s health are only continuing to grow. As more and more medical professionals ask for answers, the public pressure on her campaign will intensify.
