How to Succeed in Hollywood Without Losing Your Soul

Share:

You’ve felt it—that special calling in your spirit to minister through movies. You’ve watched Hollywood churn out blockbusters and seen holes in those movies where you could let your light shine. You’ve developed a passion for all things media—television, commercials, movies—but don’t want to lose your stronger desire to serve the Lord.

Dr. Ted Baehr, founder of Movieguide®, is again bringing the internationally acclaimed seminar of “How to Succeed in Hollywood (Without Losing Your Soul)” to Orlando Aug. 22-23 at the University of Central Florida campus.

In addition to the seminar, Movideguide® will host a 30-second commercial contest with cash prizes through the International 30-Second Film Competition.

To compete, create a 30-second commercial for Movieguide® explaining the organization’s brand, what they do and why they matter.

The winner will receive a $1000 cash prize, with additional cash prizes offered for second and third places.

You must register for the class to compete. You can submit up to two commercials.

The competition begins July 24, and all projects must be submitted to Movieguide® by Aug. 9, 2019.

Movieguide’s Master Class Immersion registrants must submit their 30-second film(s) (with a maximum of two films per registrant) by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST on Friday, Aug. 9, 2019, for a chance to win.
